Recruitment Policy
Junior Faculties cum Lab Assists or Management Trainees are very relevant to a training institute like us. We recruit fresh Graduates (in any discipline) & functional people from various domains and having Diploma or Advance Diploma in relevant subjects from any recognized institutes, we prefer those have completed Diploma or Advance Diploma from YCTCs as trainees.
Mid-Career Recruitment
Primarily through placement consultants and web posting. We also use referrals and newspaper advertisements.
Terms
We have six months of probation-cum-training and an annual appraisal. The recruitment age is bellow 50 years and the retirement age is 60 years with a provision of extension for deserving personnel.
Posting & Transfer
Our Head Office is in Kolkata but Training Institutes are situated in different districts of West Bengal in Block level also. The Personnel can be transferred to any of the Branches or Regional Offices across West Bengal.
